10) The Evil Queen is a fictional character and the main antagonist in the German fairy tale, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, collected by the Brothers Grimm, and adapted by Disney into an animated film.
9) Regan Teresa MacNeil is a fictional character from William Peter Blatty's horror novel and film The Exorcist and its first sequel, Exorcist II: The Heretic. The character was portrayed by actress Linda Blair.
8) Phyllis Dietrichson is a fictional character in the two film adaptations of James M. Cain's novella Double Indemnity. In the 1944 production, she was played by Barbara Stanwyck; in the 1973 made-for-TV remake, by Samantha Eggar.

5) Nurse Mildred Ratched is the main antagonist from Ken Kesey's 1962 novel One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, as well as the 1975 film. A cold, sadistic and passive-aggressive tyrant, Nurse Ratched has become the stereotype of the nurse as a battle axe. She has also become a popular metaphor for the corrupting influence of power and authority in bureaucracies such as the mental institution in which the novel is set.
4) The Wicked Witch of the West is a character and the main antagonist in the fictional land Oz created by American author L. Frank Baum in his children's book The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. In the book the Wicked Witch poses the biggest threat to Dorothy Gale, because she covets the magical silver shoes which previously belonged to the Wicked Witch of the East and are now worn by Dorothy. In Baum's subsequent Oz books, it is the Nome King who is the principal villain; the Wicked Witch of the West is killed in the first book, and is rarely referred to again. Despite this, she makes frequent appearances in recent works based on Oz, and accordingly has been reimagined and expanded upon a number of times.
3) Darth Vader (born Anakin Skywalker) is a central character in the Star Wars saga,appearing as the chief antagonist in the original trilogy and one of the main protagonists in the prequel films. He is first depicted as Darth Vader, a Dark Lord of the Sith in the first of the three original films. He is then revealed in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back and in the subsequent prequel films to be originally a Jedi Knight called Anakin Skywalker who falls to the dark side of the Force;[4] he is also revealed to be the father of both Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa, the two main protagonists of the original trilogy. Luke ultimately redeems his father in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, and Anakin sacrifices himself to save his son.
